Shipping Policy – Sketcha Designs

Shipping Locations:
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Production & Fulfillment:
All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners (Printful, Redbubble, Printify, Teespring, Amazon) or fulfilled in-house for surface design items. Sketcha Designs acts as the seller, while our partners handle production and shipping. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–14 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout if offered by the fulfillment partner. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Tracking:
Most orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details from the fulfillment partner.

Digital Products:
Digital surface designs or files are delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase. No physical shipping is required.

Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your package does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sarah@sketchadesigns.com. We will work with the fulfillment partner to investigate and provide a replacement or refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Sketcha Designs does not ship items personally. All orders are produced and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partners, and you will receive updates and tracking information for every order.
