Thank you for shopping with Sketcha Designs, LLC! Many of our items are fulfilled through partners such as Printful, Redbubble, Printify, Teespring, and Amazon. For Shopify orders fulfilled through Printful, all products are made to order and printed just for you. Sketcha Designs acts as the seller, while Printful handles production and shipping. Because products are made to order and printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help make it right. Please review the instructions based on where your order was placed:

Redbubble – Submit a request directly through Redbubble’s Help Center. They handle replacements and refunds on our behalf.

Amazon – Initiate a return or replacement through your Amazon account, following Amazon’s return policies.

Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, a refund.

About Printful Fulfillment
For all Shopify orders, Printful handles printing, packing, and shipping. Sketcha Designs sets the retail price and collects payment, while Printful fulfills the order on our behalf. Shipping times, costs, and delays are determined by Printful.
Lost or Missing Orders

Redbubble and Amazon – Please reach out directly through your account’s order support.

Shopify, Printify, or Teespring orders – Contact us if your package does not arrive within the estimated shipping window, and we will investigate with the fulfillment provider.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

A replacement cannot be provided, or
-
An order is canceled before production begins (when possible).
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Since all items are made to order, the following cannot be returned:
